Smooth-barrel extruder

The screw can be three-section standard screw and barrier screw with/without diverse mixers. The mixers can be maddock mixer, spiral maddock mixer, pin mixer, pineapple mixer and etc. They are suitable for most thermo- plastics processing with consistent output and excellent melt quality. The extruder main advantages are low cost, minimal wear, simple maintenance, low shear rate, and less cooling water for feeding section. The screw has deeper grooves in feeding section, especially good for regrinded materials feeding with larger fragments. Welcome to inquire!
