Squeeze cutters

The squeeze cutter is an essential component for parison cutting in extrusion blow molding machine. It features high-speed cutting capability with precision control, ensuring clean cuts and consistent product quality. The blade system is designed for durability and can handle various materials with different thicknesses. Customized blade width and stroke range to meet specific production requirements. Two opposite blades automatically squeeze with high precision and reliability. The blades do not need to heat up. Parisons are cut thoroughly by opposite blades and parison bottoms are also closed simultaneously. Support air is closed inside hollow parisons and it help manufacture bigger articles with smaller die-rings. It is more suitable for PE. The squeeze cutters have two drive types: rotary pneumatic cylinder or standard pneumatic cylinder. Standard pneumatic cylinder is more preferred, because it is faster and more reliable.
