The thermal conductivity of copper is 8-10 times that of steel, much higher than that of aluminum and ceramics. Its power range is 5-8W/cm² and it havs high temperature control accuracy, making it suitable for long-term continuous production. It is not easily damaged or broken like ceramic heaters, and its service life is usually 2-3 times that of ceramic heaters. In the long run, it has a higher cost-effectiveness.
